Urbanisation et inégalités de revenu en Afrique subsaharienne : quel rôle pour la gouvernance traditionnelle et la e-gouvernance?

Cet article vise à analyser le rôle de la gouvernance traditionnelle et le e-gouvernance dans la relation urbanisation-gouvernance-inégalités de revenu dans les pays de l'Afrique subsaharienne. Pour y parvenir, les données de panel sont mobilisées sur 48 pays couvrant la période 2005-2016. Une modélisation dynamique est adoptée et la méthode LSDVC est utilisée pour estimer notre modèle. Les résultats relèvent que l'urbanisation renforce les inégalités dans les pays de l'Afrique subsaharienne. Cependant, l'utilisation des services de télécommunications et la qualité des services publics croisées avec l'urbanisation réduisent les inégalités de revenu.
