Problemy metodologiczne w naukach o zarządzaniu

Abstract

The use of the methodology and its creation for the needs of the management studies are key problems of this field of science. There has been a discussion as to whether the methodology of studies should be created based on lesser constrictions or the researchers should be required to follow the methodological recommendations at the philosophical level of studies. It is related to the difficulties in matching the following three elements: the problem researched , the level of decidability of the research hypothesis and methodology as well as the research methods. Some general assumptions and detail guidelines may be defined in management studies with simplified methodological requirements.
