Experimenst in Psychology and the Possibility of its Use in Management Science

The paper has a theoretical character and is devoted to issues linked with the possibility of using the data collected from scientific psychological experiments in management sciences. Th e aim of the paper is to demonstrate how psychological experiments could be used as a valuable method when exploring issues of management sciences. Th e Author discusses some key problems. Firstly, she describes the essence of the experiment in psychology. Secondly, she shows the experiment in comparison to other psychological methods. Thirdly, she analyses the use of new technology in experimental psychology. Fourthly, she discusses selected psychological research areas using with experimental method and considers the possibilities of the transposition of the findings into management sciences. In conclusion the author emphasizes, that to foster this the creation of interdisciplinary teams is necessary with greater mutual openness and in the development of a common language of communication.
