Productivite agricole dans l'UEMOA : Une décomposition en efficacité technique et en changement technologique

Résumé

Cet article analyse la croissance de la productivité totale des facteurs du secteur agricole dans les pays de l'UEMOA. La méthode DEA a été utilisée pour mesurer les indices de Malmquist (1953) de la productivité globale des facteurs avec des données de panel pour la période 1990-2014. Les résultats montrent, d'une part, une contribution plus importante du changement technologique à la productivité agricole et d'autre part, une infl uence plus forte de l'effi cacité d'échelle comparativement à l'effi cacité technique.
