Usługa finansowania społecznościowego - crowdfundungu - jako przedmiot współpracy przedsiębiorstw

W wyniku pojawienia się nowych technologii komunikacyjnych, pozwalających na osiągnięcie swego rodzaju konsensusu pomiędzy komunikowaniem masowym i spersonalizowanym, wzmocnieniu uległa pozycja współczesnego konsumenta, który w klasycznej literaturze marketingowej był widziany jako podmiot bierny, reagujący jedynie na bodźce ze strony producenta. Natomiast współczesny konsument stał się nie tylko współproducentem konsumowanych przez siebie i innych dóbr i usług (crowdsourcing), ale także inwestorem, dostarczającym producentowi kapitału. Zjawisko to nosi miano finansowania społecznościowego (crowdfunding). Niewiele przedsiębiorstw dysponuje jednakże odpowiednią infrastrukturą komunikacyjną i rozbudowaną społecznością konsumentów, aby angażować się w finansowanie społecznościowe bezpośrednio. Dlatego też popularna staje się współpraca z tzw. platformami crowdfundingowymi, które oferują dostęp do ogromnej liczby konsumentów i które pośredniczą pomiędzy stroną popytową i podażową całego procesu. Zjawisko pośredniego finansowania społecznościowego jest względnie nowe, dlatego też jak do tej pory pojawiło się niewiele opracowań naukowych na jego temat. Celem artykułu jest identyfikacja współpracy przedsiębiorstw na rynku usług finansowania społecznościowego. Ocena przeprowadzona zostanie przy wykorzystaniu ram teoretycznych ujęcia sieciowego (network approach). Zidentyfikowani zostaną kluczowi aktorzy i ich rola w transferowaniu oraz transformowaniu zasobów znajdujących się w ramach sieci.
