Abstrakt

Autor przedstawia koncepcję właściwości pracy Oldhama i Hackmana, powstałą jako rozszerzenie koncepcji dwuczynnikowej motywacji Herzberga. Pierwotny model JCM został rozszerzony o koncepcje i narzędzia oraz przekształcony w teorię. Dokonano analizy literatury problemu oraz kierunków poszukiwań metodologicznych i zastosowań praktycznych modelu zaproponowanych w latach 2000-2012.
