Kapitał społeczny w kształtowaniu antecedencji intencji przedsiębiorczych

Celem artykułu jest określenie wpływu kapitału społecznego na kształtowanie antecedencji intencji przedsiębiorczych zgodnie z teorią planowanego zachowania Ajzena (1991, 2011, 2015). Zgodnie z tą teorią intencje przedsiębiorcze zależą od trzech antecedencji: postawy wobec zachowania przedsiębiorczego, subiektywnych norm i postrzeganej kontroli zachowania. Przeprowadzając badanie ankietowe wśród studentów, przyjęto, że ocena kariery zawodowej matki, ojca i własnej mogą stanowić mierniki kapitału społecznego, gdyż postrzeganie sukcesu zawodowego najbliższych daje przekonanie o możliwościach dostępu do niektórych atrybutów tego kapitału, takich jak na przykład sieci powiązań biznesowych, a także wsparcia merytorycznego, finansowego czy emocjonalnego. Wyniki badań pokazują, że ocena własnej kariery wpływa na poczucie możliwości kontroli sytuacji w czasie procesu przedsiębiorczego. Ocena kariery ojca wyznacza pewien standard, który stanowi podstawę do kształtowania się subiektywnych norm zachowania przedsiębiorczego. Natomiast postawa wobec zachowania przedsiębiorczego jest wypadkową oceny własnej kariery i kariery ojca. Zatem poczucie kontroli zależne jest od indywidualnych czynników, subiektywne normy są kształtowane przez otoczenie, postawa wobec zachowania zaś jest wypadkową czynników indywidualnych i zewnętrznych. Ocena kariery matki okazała się nieistotna statystycznie w kształtowaniu każdej z trzech antecedencji intencji przedsiębiorczych.
