Abstrakt

Czym jest zrównoważony rozwój? Czasem pojęcie to jest stosowane zamiennie z pojęciem odpowiedzialności społecznej przedsiębiorstw, ale najpopularniejsza jest definicja, która odzwierciedla jego troistą naturę: 1) uzasadnienia ekonomicznego, 2) odpowiedzialności społecznej, 3) odpowiedzialności ekonomicznej. Podczas gdy kwestie ekologiczne stanowią zazwyczaj punkt centralny rozważań, potrójna definicja zrównoważonego rozwoju to szeroka koncepcja. Oprócz ochrony fizycznego środowiska oraz zarządzania zasobami naturalnymi, zrównoważony rozwój obejmuje także kontekst ekonomiczny i społeczny prowadzenia działalności gospodarczej, a także systemy gospodarcze, modele oraz zachowania konieczne dla długofalowego tworzenia wartości. Celem niniejszego artykułu jest opis koncepcji zrównoważonej rachunkowości i raportowania w rachunkowości zarządczej w świetle zasad teorii zrównoważonego rozwoju.
