Media społecznościowe w pracy akademików marketingu w Polsce - badania empiryczne

Media społecznościowe to środki komunikacji interaktywnej, pozwalające użytkownikom - kreatorom treści - na komunikację, współpracę oraz dzielenie się informacjami w wirtualnym środowisku, w formie społecznego dialogu. Postępujący powszechny już fenomen mediów społecznościowych wywołuje pytania o to, czy i w jaki sposób powinny być one stosowane w szkolnictwie wyższym. Niniejszy artykuł omawia wyniki badania ankietowego przeprowadzonego na próbie 169 pracowników naukowo-dydaktycznych marketingu w polskich szkołach wyższych. Celem badania było zidentyfikowanie roli mediów społecznościowych w ich pracy dydaktycznej, komunikacji ze studentami, pracy naukowej oraz szeroko rozumianego kreowania wizerunku i popularyzacji własnych działań.
