Charakterystyka hybrydowych pracowniczych programów emerytalnych w wybranych krajach

Dwie główne formy pracowniczych programów emerytalnych to programy o zdefiniowanej składce (defined contribution, DC) i o zdefiniowanym świadczeniu (defined benefit, DB). W programie typu DC wysokość świadczenia zależy między innymi od sumy wpłaconych składek i zwrotów z inwestycji programu. W programie typu DB wysokość świadczenia jest z góry określona i jest niezależna od zwrotów z inwestycji uzyskanych przez program. W związku z tym w programie DC ryzyko (np. inwestycyjne, błędnego oszacowania dalszego trwania życia) obciąża w głównej mierze uczestnika, w programie DB - pracodawcę. Programy hybrydowe łączą w sobie elementy funkcjonowania programów typu DB i DC, przez co umożliwiają podział ryzyka pomiędzy uczestnika i pracodawcę i stanowią często bardziej atrakcyjną formę niż tradycyjne programy DC i DB. W artykule scharakteryzowano najczęściej spotykane formy programów hybrydowych i porównano ich odmiany występujące w wybranych krajach. Za pomocą danych dotyczących składek wpłacanych do pracowniczych programów emerytalnych zilustrowano rozpowszechnienie programów hybrydowych w wybranych krajach.
