Investissements directs étrangers et croissance économique au Congo-Brazzaville : une étude par l'approche vectorielle à correction d'erreur (VECM) pour la période de 1980 à 2016

Cet article analyse les effets des investissements directs étrangers sur la croissance économique au Congo-Brazzaville sur la période de 1980 à 2016. L'analyse empirique repose sur le modèle vectoriel à correction d'erreur (VECM). Les résultats montrent qu'à court terme, le capital humain, les investissements nets et le taux de change impactent la croissance économique. À long terme, la croissance économique est affectée par les investissements directs étrangers, le capital humain, les termes de l'échange, les investissements nets, le taux de change et les crédits intérieurs distribués aux secteurs privés. Par ailleurs, à court et long terme, les résultats économétriques montrent que le capital humain, les investissements nets et le taux de change influencent cette croissance. Ces résultats ont d'importantes implications de politique économique au Congo-Brazzaville.
