The aim of the study is to determine whether the degree of the integration of social responsibility activities with a corporate strategy affects shareholders and other stakeholders value. The research relied on critical literature review. A lack of literaturę related simultaneously to all issues contained in the study's aim, resulted in the adoption of a syllogistic reasoning schema. As the result of the study, three degrees of the integration of social responsibility activities with a corporate strategy were determined (non-strategic CSR, strategic CSR, business CSR) and their different impact on shareholders and other stakeholders value was presented.
