Abstract

Today companies should have the highest possible degree of business agility. The search for factors that agility typically relies on examine the physical flow of materials between business partners. The article investigates the question of psychosocial sources of supply chain agility. It is demonstrated that the management of the internal supply chain requires a knowledge of management, the high level of flexibility of the external company and the qualitative division of labour. The external supply chain becomes more agile with the increasing democratization of the business relationship between the cooperating companies and the growing participation of their employees in making strategic investment decisions.
