Zastosowanie klasyfikacji użytkowników gier w nauczaniu opartym na grywalizacji

W ostatnich latach zauważa się rosnące znaczenie zastosowania gier na potrzeby wyższej edukacji, a także treningów i kursów biznesowych. Wynika to z możliwości wykorzystania gier jako narzędzia edukacyjnego, które stanowi nową metodę transferu wiedzy. Stąd też gry edukacyjne nie mogą być porównywane z innymi zaawansowanymi oraz popularnymi grami rozrywkowymi, mogą jednak w pewnym stopniu na nich się wzorować. Artykuł opisuje różnice pomiędzy różnymi typami gier w celu przedstawienia możliwości ich zastosowania między innymi w procesie dydaktycznym. Artykuł opisuje również efektywność wybranej metody zastosowania gier jako narzędzia edukacyjnego oraz nakreśla wytyczne związane z projektowaniem takiego narzędzia. Głównym celem artykułu jest teoretyczna analiza wiedzy na temat nowatorskiego zagadnienia grywalizacji (inaczej gamifikacji) ze szczególną koncentracją na nauczaniu poprzez gry oraz przedstawieniu klasyfikacji potencjalnych użytkowników. Ma to szczególne znaczenie przy tworzeniu designu gry, która ma być atrakcyjna dla szerokiej i zróżnicowanej grupy odbiorców. W efekcie powinno to prowadzić do bardziej angażującego procesu tworzenia gier ze szczególnym naciskiem na ich pozytywne zastosowanie w procesie dydaktycznym.
