Realizacja regionalnych programów operacyjnych: analiza profili absorpcji funduszy unijnych w układzie centrum-peryferie

W artykule podjęto próbę oceny, w jakim stopniu struktura wykorzystania środków unijnych w województwach Polski nawiązuje do dwóch podstawowych typów przestrzennej strategii alokacji funduszy UE, tj. modelu polaryzacyjnego lub wyrównawczego. Analizą objęto 16 regionalnych programów operacyjnych na lata 2007-2013. W badaniach przyjęto za płaszczyznę odniesienia układ centrum- -peryferie, wydzielając dla każdego z województw klasy peryferyjności gmin oraz wykreślając profile wykorzystania środków UE w obszarach o różnym stopniu peryferyjności. Analiza wykazała, że w większości województw rozkład przestrzenny wsparcia unijnego bliższy był modelowi polaryzacyjnemu.
