About the Journal
Launched in 2016, RIELF is the journal of the International Association of French-speaking Economists (AIELF). It is produced as part of cooperation between AIELF, the University of Economics and Management in Poznań (USEGP) and the Bernardo O’Higgins University of Santiago de Chile (UBO). The material publishing operations and shipping management are carried out by the USEGP. The RIELF is general and biannual and is published entirely in French. Its subject range embraces articles on economics and finance, management and quality sciences, and international relationships, that are double-blind reviewed by independent specialists from international centers.
Current Issue

est composé de 12 articles rédigés par 21 auteurs issus de 11 pays : Bénin,
Burkina Faso, Cameroun, France, Mali, Niger, Pologne, République du Congo,
