About the Journal
The RIELF journal was created on the initiative of members of the AIELF office after the 59th AIELF Congress at the University of Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas, supported in 2016 by the authorities of the PUEB and in 2018 also by the authorities of the UBO in Santiago du Chili.
