#I. THE PROCEDURE OF REVIEWING
Each paper submitted to the Journal is assessed by the Editor-in-Chief according to the criteria: 1) a sufficient contribution of the paper to knowledge; 2) its high potential to attract the interest of an international audience the text is sent to review. Each pre-selected paper is evaluated by at least two independent and external Reviewers. The reviewers are chosen among the Editorial Team and experts in a particular field. The double-blind review process is applied. It means that neither the Author(s) nor the Reviewers know identities of the other.The process is conducted with the use of tools provided by the PKP OJS software. First the reviewers receive an automaticly generated e-mail with manuscript's abstract and review request. Upon their agreement to review the article they are granted full access to the manuscript via Journal's website. The Reviewers fill in the review form on the Journal's website and type their comments. The double-blind review process is applied. It means that neither the Author(s) nor the Reviewers know identities of the other. The detailed evaluation criteria are outlined in the reviewer form attached below:

Criterion 1. The significance of the paper
An important and well defined research problem, unique research area, the impact of the research performed on the existing state of arts. Appraisal: a) Excellent b) Good c) Sufficient d) Poor e) Very poor

Criterion 2. Research methodology
Quality of planning and conducting the research, criteria for selecting data, theoretical framework of the paper, research methods and their correct selection and application. Appraisal: a) Excellent b) Good c) Sufficient d) Poor e) Very poor

Criterion 3. The consistency of the paper
Clear layout, the cohesion between the main purpose, title and content of the paper, results coming from methods used in the paper. Appraisal: a) Excellent b) Good c) Sufficient d) Poor e) Very poor

Criterion 4. Paper form
Clear and precise language, correct terminology, the accuracy of references, articles from reputable journals used in the paper. Appraisal: a) Excellent b) Good c) Sufficient d) Poor e) Very poor

5. Conclusions from the review
a. Publication without amendment
b. Publication with minor adjustments
c. Important adjustments required to re-review
d. The rejection of the manuscript

Possible scenarios after reviews:
- In the case of receiving two negative reviews (conlusion: d. the rejection of the manuscript), the manuscript is rejected.
- In the case of receiving one negative and one positive review, the author receives the paper to be revised and the paper is then sent to a third reviewer, whose decision is final.
- In the case of receiving two positive reviews (answers b and c), the text is sent for proofreading and then for linguistic revision and typesetting.
