Déterminants institutionnels de l'emploi en Pologne - perspective régionale

Résumé

Cet article vise à identifi er les déterminants institutionnels de l'emploi en Pologne dans ses diff érentes régions. Le marché du travail en Pologne n'est pas homogène. On peut noter des diff érences régionales au niveau de l'activité professionnelle, de l'emploi, du chômage et en conséquence dans le développement économique. Face à cette réalité, quelles sont les sources de cette inégalité ? Selon l'hypothèse classique c'est surtout la conséquence de changements structurels. Les institutionnalistes, à leur tour cherchent les causes dans l'environnement institutionnel. Cette dernière voie de recherche a été utilisée dans cet article. Dans la première partie, je présenterai la caractéristique institutionnelle du marché du travail en Pologne, et dans la deuxième - en passant au niveau régional, je testerai l'impact des certains facteurs institutionnels sur l'emploi. Parmi les indicateurs institutionnels j'utiliserai les salaires réels, le Kaitz indice et le « Gender Gap » - la diff érence entre l'activité professionnelle des hommes et des femmes. L'analyse empirique concernera la période 2003-2012.
